Using large-scale tensor network simulations, we investigated variants of the Kitaev model in the presence of Heisenberg interactions and explored its phase diagram. Through our simulations, we successfully uncovered a diverse range of intriguing phases, including quantum spin liquids, magnetically ordered states and quantum paramagnets like valence-bond crystals. Our findings provide valuable insights into the complex behavior of Kitaev materials, shedding light on the interplay between different interactions and paving the way for future advancements in understanding and manipulating these exotic quantum states.
